StartRight development process
Our most recent refinement to our program development is the formalization of a process we call StartRightSM. Our StartRightSM process helps make the transition from a client's old measurement program to a new Sinclair measurement program smooth and easy. This process also helps organizations new to service measurement get acquainted with mystery shopping, it consolidates their measurement objectives and expectations, and it sets up a level of client involvement that they are comfortable with.
