Sinclair Customer Metrics contracts only the best mystery shoppers for our clients' mystery shopping programs. As part of our overall quality assurance, we take extraordinary measures in screening, training and testing our mystery shoppers. From the start, more than 10% of shopper applicants are screened out through our proprietary screening and qualification process. Our shoppers go through further testing and only those who score 100% on our client's specific program requirements are allowed to shop for us. But we don't stop there. We continually evaluate and update our shoppers, keeping a comprehensive record and ongoing "shopper score" based on the quality of their shops.
